Breve Affiliate Marketing Program Terms of Service
- Introduction
Welcome to the Breve Affiliate Marketing Program (the “Program”). This Program is designed to allow affiliates to promote and earn commissions on sales of products and services offered by the company. The following Terms of Service govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not participate in the Program.
- Commission Structure
The Program offers four levels of commission structure, as follows:

- Eligibility for Commission

| Platinum Rank | 50% | 25 Referral and Min Sale of INR 12,000/- |
To be eligible to receive a commission, you must be a verified user. The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any affiliate and to revoke any commissions if it determines that the affiliate is not in compliance with these Terms of Service or is otherwise not eligible to participate in the Program.
- Term of Agreement
This agreement begins upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and will continue until terminated by either party. Either you or the company may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions under the Program.
- Payment of Commissions
The company will pay commissions earned by affiliates after 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or Stripe, at the discretion of the affiliate. In case of a bank transfer, correct bank details are required and the payment may take up to 10 working days from the day payment is requested. The company reserves the right to adjust the commission rate at any time, with or without notice.

The company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event will the company be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
- Modification of Terms of Service
The company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your participation in the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located.
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
